Chuanling motorcycle Co., ltd is located at the famous motorcycle production base, Taizhou city of Zhejiang province, east China, covering more than 37,000sqm including 20,000 sqm building area. It originated from a simple assembling factory for engines and plastic accessories. Over years of development and study, it has accumulated rich experiences on techniques and producing skills. Now it has grown into a big enterprise with over 800 employees including more than 80 professional and assistant engineers. As one of the top motorcycle manufactories, it has established two assembling lines of complete bike and also two engine factories. It also has many production lines such as one of frame and one of engine crankcase as well as painting-baking finish one. The company has a branch factory of frame. In order to insure the top quality of every product, main checking equipments are imported from the abroad.
Excellent quality control system is the key of top quality. Chuanling has paid more attention to quality control and already established our own quality control system. There are 22 types of quality control systems such as quality obligation, judging and checking process, controlling program, contract appraising process, designing and checking process, defective goods control and employee training and after service system. Hopefully we will pass the ISO-9002 quality certification next year. Chuanling is aiming to provide excellent quality, perfect service, top ranking brands and reliable credit to the customers home and abroad.
